With the regular ‘Dance India Dance’ competition coming to an end on ZEE TV next month,BizAsia.co.ukcan exclusively reveal the launch date of its replacement.

Firstly, the channel has decided to continue with ‘Dance India Dance’ but will launch the second season of ‘Lil Masters’ from Saturday 28th April at 19:00 – also usual episode on Sunday evenings.

The current ‘Dance India Dance: Season 3’ will end a week prior to the launch of ‘Lil Masters’.

It is not yet known which judges will appear on the new children’s series and whether Mithun Chakraborty will retain his position as the Grand Master.

ZEE TV is not running scared from the juggernaut Indian Premier League season, which kicks off in early-April. Hindi entertainment channels have in the past have witnessed a decline in viewership due to the cricket phenomenon but this time around, most Hindi channels are launching new offerings to generate eyeballs during the IPL.
