British celebrity choreographer & fashion stylist Jaimal Mistry passes away
British celebrity choreographer and fashion stylist, Jaimal Mistry has passed away.
The news was shared directly on his Instagram in a post, which read, “Sorry to everyone that unfortunately Jai is no longer with us. Please look out for further post regards his funeral details.” It is said that Mistry had a stroke, which led to a bleed on his brain.
Tributes have been flooding in with a number of his family and friends leaving comments under the post. The South Asian theatre production company, Phizzical paid tribute with a message on its Insta story. It said, “We are saddened to hear about the passing of Jaimal Mistry – our first BollyIdol who was much loved with his performance in Precious Bazaar playing Kasoro – his talent was incredible – he taught all the vocal warmups during rehearsals and he went off to drama school at the end of the tour and emerged as a catwalk choreographer and fashion designer. Rest in peace. Om Shanti.”
He had worked with a number of celebrities including TV star Zain Imam.
