BBC Asian Network announces Mela ’06 plans

The best of British Asian talent perform live at the BBC Asian Network Theatre at Mela �۪06 – The UK�۪s largest Asian Lifestyle Event.
It takes place at the NEC Mela on 17th, 18th and 19th November.

Top acts at the BBC Asian Network Theatre include performances from internationally renowned music producer Rishi Rich, as well as chart toppers Juggy D, performer of hit single ��Sohniye�۪ and Jay Sean, three time winner at the UK Asian Music Awards 2005

BBC Asian Network favourites Nihal (of ��Kickin�۪ off with Nihal�۪), Ameet Chana (of ��Breakdown�۪) and Murtz (of ��Sunday Sound Track�۪) host throughout the three-day extravaganza.

Nikki Bedi will broadcast her show live from the main arena 12.30-4.00pm on the opening Friday. The Asian Network Theatre also profiles celebrity appearances from Bollywood A listers Ajay Devgan and Kajol.
