Barkha Dutt denies planning move to Network18

Popular news anchor Barkha Dutt has denied plans to leave NDTV and move to rival Network18.

In the last few days, Dutt was rumoured to be joining CNN-IBN as Editor-In Chief. Since then, Dutt has rubbished the reports and tweeted, “Sahara story entirely speculative; they�۪ve not spoken to me. If there�۪s ever any news at my end, you will hear it from me :-)”

Dutt’s tweet was in reference to a report on Sahara Samay’s website where it stated she ���has reportedly replaced Rajdeep Sardesai in the office�۝.

Earlier this week, journalist couple Rajdeep Sardesai and Sagarika Ghose have resigned from IBN18 as editor-in-chief and deputy editor respectively.
