Arijit Singh thought tiff with Salman Khan was over

The industry has been abuzz with the tiff between Arijit Singh and Salman Khan after the former took to Facebook last night to apologise to the superstar.

In an open apology on Facebook, Singh apologised for his behavior at an awards show a couple of years ago. Apparently, Khan had not forgiven Singh for his “insult” at the time.

Times Of India reports Singh meeting with Khan a month ago, which made him think that the tiff between the two was over. However, it came to light yesterday that Singh’s song composed by Vishal Shekhar, which was to be included on the ‘Sultan’ soundtrack, will be omitted. As a result of this, Singh feels Khan is still angry with him – he even tried getting in touch with with Khan about this, which failed.

Asked why Singh had deleted his Facebook post after publishing the apology letter. Singh’s manager said it was due to the amount of messages that flooded in.

The publication also adds that Singh’s songs were also removed from Khan’s ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’.
