Anup Jalota: “I’m looking out for a boy for Jasleen”

Anup Jalota and Jasleen Matharu are undeniably one of the most talked about jodis of reality television show, ‘Bigg Boss 12’. The pair had the gossip mills grinding from opening night, when they claimed to be in a relationship. The pair became the talk of the town due to their 38-year age gap.

Inside the ‘Bigg Boss’ house, the duo entertained viewers with fights and at other times with romance. Though their sham relationship was exposed after the emperor of bhajans Jalota, post his eviction admitted that they faked it for ratings and the two only shared a musical bond.

Now that ‘Bigg Boss 12’ fever is over, India Today reveals Jalota being quizzed about his and Matharu’s Valentine’s Day. “I have celebrated quite a few Valentine Day’s in my life. I have partied and celebrated it in foreign countries as well. I am looking out for a boy for Jasleen. She will celebrate Valentine’s Day if and when she finds the perfect life partner,” shared Jalota.

“Jasleen has been learning music from me for last 2-3 years. I guess, I must have gone to her place six times, she must have come to my place around five times. One day she told me, that she has been approached by BB makers. So I told her that she should go, it will her to gain popularity. So she said, that you come along, as this time the concept is ‘vichitra jodi’. Even her father asked me. So, I agreed and we decided we will enter as guru-shishya jodi. Six days before the show premieres, the makers took Jasleen. She told them that we are in a relationship. I just played along and had decided that I will reveal the reality once I step out from the house. And I did exactly the same,” Jalota shared about the sham relationship on ‘Bigg Boss 12’.
