Amitabh Bachchan doesn’t believe in film promotions?

Film promotions��are a��creative way in��creating��buzz among the audience, but��legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan feels that it is ultimately the film that decides��its own��fate.��While he is busy promotiong his next ‘Piku,’ Bachchan��says it��is the film that counts, and not its promotions.

As according to NDTV, Bachchan shared his thoughts on his daily blog. “In a spate of excessive content on Piku being put out from the morning, there is a moment when it comes to a halt. Promotions can only do what promotions are meant to. Eventually it’s the film that counts. Box office cannotations have taken a different stance, a different reference, a different understanding. Those that are them that follow the tide, are the ones who succeed in the execution of the format.”

‘Piku’ is Shoojit Sircar’s next, and will see Bachchan playing father to Deepika Padukone.��He was last seen in ‘Shamitabh,’ (2015)��with popular actor Dhanush.
