Alia Bhatt to take a break until September?

One of Bollywood’s much sought after actresses, Alia Bhatt is reportedly set to take a six-month break from the industry.

Currently celebrating the success of her latest film ‘Badrinath Ki Dulhania’, Bhatt has had an incredible couple of years with films like ‘Udta Punjab’, ‘Kapoor & Sons’ and ‘Dear Zindagi’ last year.

Times Of India reports that Bhatt is now expected to take a sabbatical until September when her next film ‘Dragon’ goes on the floors, with Ranbir Kapoor.

The report adds that Bhatt will spend her time developing her craft with unfamiliar experiences and taking on new skills such as playing the piano and learning to kathak dance.

Bhatt deserves a well earned break. Let’s hope we see her back on the big screen soon.
