Akshay Kumar ropes in Kareena Kapoor Khan for ‘The Shaukeens’ cameo

Kareena Kapoor Khan has been roped in for a cameo in Akshay Kumar’s next ‘The Shaukeens’.

Khan follows in the footsteps of Abhishek Bachchan, who recently was confirmed as one of the surprise packages in the film.

Director Abhishek Sharma told a leading daily, “I had never worked with Kareena before this. When she is in front of the camera, she is just electrifying. And she has such great comic timing – we had a blast.”

‘The Shaukeens’ releases on Friday 7th November. It also stars Anupam Kher, Annu Kapoor, Piyush Mishra, Lisa Haydon, Akshay Kumar and Rati Agnihotri.
