Aishwarya Rai Bachchan disagrees that she’s making a comeback

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, who has been missing from the silver screen from almost five years, is now all set to make a return with her next film ‘Jazbaa’. But she seems to disagree that this is her “comeback”.

The actress believes that she was never gone away to make a comeback. On the cover page of Vogue India’s March edition one can read that Rai Bachchan is claiming that she was never gone. The line written below her pic reads: “Comeback? I Never Went Away”.

The cover, which is based on a 70s theme, sees the beauty queen dressed in fux Tommy Hilfiger jacket. The actress is looking sensuous in a no make-up look and smokey eyes.

In her next Bachchan will be seen opposite Irrfan Khan. She is said to be playing the role of a lawyer in the film helmed by Sanjay Gupta.
