‘Accused’ takes centre stage in Netflix India’s upcoming 2026 releases

Netflix India’s 2026 slate features a wide range of series and films across romance, comedy, drama, thriller, crime, mystery and historical storytelling, including the psychological drama ‘Accused’.

The year’s programming begins with ‘#Love,’ a romantic comedy centred on Tara, a startup founder, and Matthew, an investor whose differing views on compatibility and chemistry shape their interactions; the cast includes Arjun Das and Aishwarya Lekshmi. ‘Chumbak,’ set in a Mumbai neighbourhood, follows the daily interactions of several families living in close proximity, with performances by Neena Gupta, Deven Bhojani, Amyra Dastur and Sumeet Vyas.

‘Desi Bling’ documents the social dynamics of an affluent desi community in Dubai, featuring Karan Kundrra, Tejasswi Prakash and others. ‘Dhindora S2’ continues the story of a family navigating various personal situations, with Bhuvan Bam returning in the lead role. ‘Family Business,’ directed by Hansal Mehta and starring Anil Kapoor, Vijay Varma, Rhea Chakraborty and Neha Dhupia, follows a succession conflict within a major business conglomerate. ‘Glory’ brings together Divyenndu and Pulkit Samrat in a story involving a boxing coach and his estranged sons. ‘Hello Bachhon,’ starring Vineet Kumar Singh, presents the experiences of a physics teacher who influences students across India.

‘IKKA’ on Netflix

‘Kohrra S2’ continues the investigation‑led narrative introduced in the first season, featuring Mona Singh and Barun Sobti. ‘Legacy,’ with R. Madhavan and Abhishek Banerjee, follows developments within a crime‑world family. ‘Lock Upp,’ created by Ekta Kapoor, focuses on high‑profile individuals placed inside a controlled environment, with public perception shaping outcomes. ‘Maamla Legal Hai S2,’ starring Ravi Kishan and Naila Grewal, returns to a district courtroom setting with a mix of legal and personal storylines. ‘Yeh Dil Sun Raha Hai,’ featuring Shaheer Sheikh, Mohit Malik and Zoya Afroz, centres on intersecting lives shaped by loss, desperation and the organ‑trafficking ecosystem.

‘Mismatched S4,’ with Prajakta Koli and Rohit Saraf, explores the evolving relationship between two young adults brought back into each other’s lives. ‘Musafir Café,’ starring Vikrant Massey and Vedika Pinto, follows three individuals whose paths intersect in a mountain setting. ‘Operation Safed Sagar,’ featuring Siddharth, Jimmy Shergill and Dia Mirza, depicts events surrounding an Indian Air Force mission during the Kargil conflict. ‘Super Subbu,’ with Sundeep Kishan and Mithila Palkar, follows a teacher navigating unexpected responsibilities in a village school. ‘Talaash: A Mother’s Search,’ led by Parineeti Chopra, Soni Razdan and Jennifer Winget, revolves around the long-term disappearance of a child and the mother’s search for answers. ‘Taskaree: The Smuggler’s Web,’ starring Emraan Hashmi and Sharad Kelkar, focuses on customs officers addressing a spike in international contraband activity. ‘The Great Indian Kapil Show S4/S5’ returns with Kapil Sharma, Sunil Grover and Archana Puran Singh in a talk-and-comedy format.
