AAP politician to replace Salman Khan as ‘Dus Ka Dum’ host?

Sony Entertainment Television Asia has been working on plans to revive its gameshow ‘Dus Ka Dum’ and now as it seems ready, it looks like Salman Khan will no longer be a part of the show as host.

According to reports, Khan will be replaced as host by AAP leader Kumar Vishwas in the upcoming series. Producer of the show, Siddharth Basu had been hoping to lure Khan to host the show but financial disagreements came in the way. Not only that, India TV News reports that Salman’s busy schedule with ‘Sultan’ will prevent him to allocating bulk dates for the television programme.

Incidentally, Vishwas was offered to join ‘Bigg Boss’ as a contestant but it is said that he demanded an astronomical fee of Rs. 5 crores. That makes one wonder, how much he would be charging to be a part of ‘Dus Ka Dum’.
