Overnights: Asian TV channels suffer decline on Friday in UK

Asian TV channels including Star Plus, Hum TV, Colors, ZEE TV and Sony Entertainment Television all suffered a decline in UK ratings on Friday.

Star Plus slumped to a share of 0.12% with ‘Yeh Hai Mohabbatein’ leading the pack. It was watched by 115,900 viewers at 19:30, followed by ‘Tu Sooraj Mein Saanjh Piyaji’ at 19:00 with 100,000 viewers and ‘Chakravyuh’ at 20:00 with 31,700 viewers.

Hum TV delivered a share of 0.05% with ‘Parchhayi’ at 21:00 with 41,100 viewers, followed by ‘Oh Rungreza’ at 20:00 with 23,700 viewers and ‘Naseebon Jali’ at 19:00 with 18,800 viewers.

Colors’ share stood at 0.05% with ‘Bigg Boss 11’ attracting 56,400 viewers, followed by ‘Laado 2’ at 21:00 pulling in 20,000 viewers and ‘Dil Se Dil Tak’ at 22:30 with 8,300 viewers.

Star Bharat got a share of 0.03% with ‘Nimki Mukhiya’ at 20:30 with 35,000 viewers, followed by ‘Jiji Maa’ at 19:30 with 15,500 viewers and ‘Kya Haal Mr Panchaal’ at 20:00 with 14,000 viewers.

Sony Entertainment Television raked in a share of 0.02% with ‘Mere Sai’ leading. It pulled in 21,600 viewers.

ZEE TV clocked a share of 0.01%. Its top show was ‘Sa Re Ga Ma Pa’ re-run at 22:00 with 12,300 viewers.

ARY Family remained at zero.
