ZEE TV’s ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ & ‘Dil Yeh Ziddi Hai’ to end?

The COVID-19 lockdown’s TV show hit list seems to be rising. Rumour has it that ZEE TV will be axing two of its underperforming shows, ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ and ‘Dil Yeh Ziddi Hai’. This comes as no surprise since it has recently been reported that Sony Entertainment Television has decided to end three of its shows.

IWMBuzz reveals a source saying that ZEE TV may pull the plug quickly or very soon post lockdown. A cast member of ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ who did not want to be named said, “I too have heard this buzz but have not officially informed. When the TV shoot first stopped mid last month, everybody on set was hopeful of quickly getting back to work. But now with no clarity on lockdown lifting, things might have changed, for our call to creative is going unanswered. Guess no one wants to reveal plan which might again change at the last minute.”

Adan Khan of ‘Ishq Subhan Allah’ said, “Honestly, I too saw some tweet suggesting the same but don’t know how true it is.” ‘Dil Yeh Ziddi Hai’s’ lead actor Rohit Suchanti claimed to have not heard about any of the speculations in question.
