ZEE to hold board meeting on 11th November to announce earnings

ZEE Entertainment Entertainments has announced a board meeting will be held on 11th November, to announce its earnings.

The company has been in a bitter feud with its largest shareholder, Invesco.

In a stock exchange filing, ZEE said, “ZEE ENTERTAINMENT ENTERPRISES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results of the Company both on standalone and consolidated basis for the 2nd quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.”
