ZEE Cinema UK prepares for big TV premiere of ‘Kantara – A Legend Chapter 1’
ZEE Cinema UK is set to premiere the South Indian blockbuster ‘Kantara – A Legend Chapter 1’ this weekend.
The film serves as a prequel to the widely acclaimed Kantara and explores the origins of the legend that shaped the narrative of the original story. Set against the backdrop of coastal Karnataka, it delves into themes of tradition, folklore and the deep spiritual connection between land, deity and community. The narrative follows the rise of a young tribal leader whose destiny becomes intertwined with ancient rituals and the fierce guardianship of his people.
‘Kantara – A Legend Chapter 1’ stars Rishab Shetty, who also directs the film, alongside Saptami Gowda, Kishore, and a strong supporting cast that brings the region’s cultural landscape vividly to life.
