‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ stars react to Ronit Roy’s cameo on the show

Ronit Roy featured in Rajan Shahi’s ‘Yeh Rishtey Hain Pyaar Ke’ and the team loved working with him. Here is what they have to say!

I have worked with him before and I did my first show with him ‘Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar’, where I was playing the role of his daughter. I know him for a very long time. It’s really nice to work with him as his aura is totally different when we work with him. He is a fun-loving and an amazing person.

In the scene, Kuhu, Abir, and Kunal get kidnapped by the local goons and are kept deep inside the jungle. They all try to fight and then Ronit Roy appears who is playing the role of a police officer in the web series Hostages saves them all.

I have seen ‘Udaan’ and ‘Student Of The Year’.

No, I have worked with him earlier in ‘Itna Karo Na Mujhe Pyaar’, where I played the role of his daughter and his presence on the sets is amazing.

The experience of working with Ronit Roy was very nice as he is a warm person and I got to learn a lot from him. He knows about everything and is a great actor. He is a very humble and sweet guy.

I have seen many films in which he has acted and they have inspired me as well. I loved his work especially in ‘Udaan’ and ‘2 States’.

Working with Ronit Roy was really good although we couldn’t spend much time. The environment that he created was very positive and fun-loving. He aced the action scenes as well as the difficult and tiring scenes. It was very effortless and nice working with him.

The whole scene was about where I and Kunal get kidnapped by the goons of Champaner who were eyeing after Abir Rajvanshis’s NGO property. We were kidnapped by Sampan who is a very well known Gunda, who knows the history of Rajvansh Pariwar. We all were fighting to distract the goons and Abir and Kunal had some action scenes and even Mishti and I were fighting with the goons till the time Ronit Roy comes and saves us.

The film which I saw and liked the most was ‘2 States’ and ‘Kaabil’ as well. His work is very commendable.

Yes, this is the first time I am meeting him and it feels really good to be working with someone who I have seen on TV growing up.
