Yash Chopra admitted to hospital

Veteran filmmaker Yash Chopra, who recently celebrated his 80th birthday, was admitted to hospital yesterday, it has emerged.

Times of India report that Chopra experienced “slight discomfort” when he woke on 11th October. He had been spotted at the birthday bash of Amitabh Bachchan on the previous night.

Although he had been being cared for at home to begin with, his family thought it better that he should be admitted to Lilavati hospital where he would receive the appropriate care.
