Vivek Oberoi takes an indirect dig at Salman Khan

Vivek Oberoi and Riteish Deshmukh are currently on their funny promotional activities in preparation for their next film ‘Bank Chor.’ Recently, the marketing team at Y Films came up with another innovative idea in promotion; that of having journalists publicly roast Deshmukh, which he took in good stead. But the event also gave the opportunity for Oberoi to perhaps give a little taunt to Salman Khan.

At the start of the event, Oberoi introduced the floor to the media before inviting Deshmukh on stage, reports DNA India. Instead, he started making fun of his own act by saying, “Last time jab maine press conference bulayi thi, tab meri tashreef lag gayi thi…”

Oberoi added, “Those who didn’t get this, I would say you all are a Tubelight.” Many think he was referencing the infamous press conference he had called when Khan had allegedly threatened him for being with Aishwarya Rai who happens to be Khan’s ex-girlfriend.

Ever since, Khan has maintained a huge distance from Oberoi and has never given any consideration to him at all. Oberoi tried publicly apologising but to no avail.
