Vijay Raaz arrested for alleged molestation of crew member

Vijay Raaz, who has been shooting for ‘Sherni’, has reportedly been arrested for the alleged molestation of a female crew member.

Hindustan Times reports that the 30-year-old actress has alleged that Raaz has tried to molest her over three days and she finally decided to approach the police on Monday night.

The actor, who is also currently starring in ‘A Suitable Boy’ which is streaming on Netflix, was booked under section of 354 (A and D) of the Indian Penal Code. He was brought before a court but was released on bail.

Atul Kulkarni, Additional SP, Gondia is quoted as saying, according to ANI, “Actor Vijay Raaz was arrested from Gondia allegedly for molesting a woman crew member. A case has been registered.”
