Vidya Balan convinces Sanjay Dutt to do cameo in ‘Ghanchakkar’

Vidya Balan has convinced Sanjay Dutt to do a cameo in her upcoming release ‘Ghanchakkar’.

The comedy, which also stars Emraan Hashmi is a production by UTV – incidentally Balan’s husband Siddharth Roy Kapur is the CEO of the company.

A source told Mid-Day, “Vids has worked with Sanju in Parineeta and Lage Raho Munnabhai and they get along very well. When UTV had initially approached Sanjay with the cameo, he was very tied up. Sanjay could not say no to Vidya. After returning from Jaipur where he is shooting for Raju Hirani�۪s film, he will start work on Ghanchakkar.”

Balan and Dutt have previously worked in ‘Parineeta’ (2005) and ‘Lage Raho Munnabhai’ (2006) together and she managed to rope her former co-star together for this film.
