In Video: BizAsia meets BritAsia TV’s CEO Tony Shergill
BizAsia’s Raj Baddhan caught up with BritAsia TV’s CEO, Tony Shergill, ahead of the inaugural, Punjabi Film Awards, held in Birmingham (UK). The event was the first of its kind to be held outside Punjab.
Punjabi Film Awards celebrated Punjabi cinema from the past 12 months, with special guests Gurpeet Ghuggi, Sargun Mehta, Sharry Mann, Sunanda Sharma and Tarsem Jassar flying in for the event. It also had celebrated artists like Gurj Sidhu and Mandy Takhar making their presence felt at the star-studded black-tie event.
