Varun inspired by Sidharth while playing Humpty?

Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra have maintained that they are genuinely close friends.�� Dhawan has recently gone on record to say that he picked up words and mannerisms from Malhotra to incorporate into his character while shooting for ��Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania�۪.

���Yes, a lot of slang words for my character Humpty are what I�۪ve picked up from Sidharth.�� He is a Dilli ka ladka.�� He may come across as too sophisticated to use colloquial lingo but when he is with close friends, he lets himself go.�� That�۪s when the Delhi side of his personality emerges.�� I�۪ve spent a lot of time with him and I�۪ve seen that side of him.�� So I was able to use it for my character,�۝ Dhawan told Absolute India.
