Varun Dhawan’s ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ release preponed to 22nd May
Varun Dhawan has confirmed that his upcoming romantic comedy ‘Hai Jawani Toh Ishq Hona Hai’ will now release earlier than originally planned, with the new date set for 22nd May. The actor announced the change by unveiling a series of new posters, giving audiences a fresh look at the film’s vibrant and youthful tone.
The film stars Pooja Hegde and Mrunal Thakur opposite Dhawan, with additional performances from Mouni Roy, Chunky Panday, Rohit Saraf and Kubbra Sait, adding to its ensemble appeal.
With the shift to 22nd May, the film avoids its earlier potential clashes in June. However, industry chatter suggests it may now sit close to the releases of ‘Chand Mera Dil’ and ‘Bandar’, though the final schedules of those films may still shift. At present, no major direct clash has been confirmed for the new date.
