Varun Dhawan & Shraddha Kapoor in ‘Milan Talkies’?

‘Milan Talkies’ has recently been in the news for all the wrong reasons after Imran Khan and then Shahid Kapoor opted out of the project. However, it seems there’s no stopping this film as BizAsia has heard that Varun Dhawan may be taking on the male lead part along with Shraddha Kapoor as leading lady.

Producer Ekta Kapoor is keen to cast Dhawan in the movie; he is already doing her film ‘Main Tera Hero’ which is being directed by his father David Dhawan. Initially Dhawan was approached for the project but wasn’t able to give the dates as required but it seems he may now be able to as the film has been delayed along the way.

Although there is no confirmation as yet, Dhawan is currently reading the script.
