TV show based on Jiah Khan’s suicide in pipeline?

A TV show loosely based on the life of Jiah Khan and her tragic death earlier this year, is being planned by one major TV network.

The show called ‘Yeh Hai Aashiqui’ has been inspired by the actress.

A source told Times Of India, “The story revolves around a film actress, who, while on top of her game, falls in love with a director’s son and gets extremely possessive about him. The boy ��� an aspiring actor ��� ends up signing a film with her, but after she delivers a string of flops, replaces her with a newbie. Unlike Jiah, who took her life by hanging herself from a fan, the actress in the show will jump off the fourth floor of her building. The central characters will be played by Mihika Verma and Rithvik Dhanjani, while Bobby Darling will play her friend and business manager.”

Khan was found hung at her apartment in June.
