TV channels switch to Salman Khan conviction
Many Indian and Pakistani television networks have switched to rolling coverage to bring viewers the latest in Salman Khan, who was convicted this morning.
The actor has been pronounced guilty of all charges including culpable homicide in the 2002 hit-and-run case. He has been sentenced to five years in prison.. He has maintained that he was not behind the wheel, accusing his driver Ashok as being responsible just a few weeks ago.
