There was wide controversy surrounding the film when director Raghava Lawrence had back out of it, causing a delay with the project However, according to reports, with the film-maker patching things up with everyone, and coming back on board, it seems Tusshar Kapoor’s debut production ‘Laxmmi Bomb’ will soon be up and running again.
The film stars Akshay Kumar and Kapoor is reported by Deccan Chronicle stating,”I am not commenting much on it though everyone has been asking me. We are on track and there is no issue at this point. I am looking ahead for it to be a great film.”
Talking about his debut as a producer, Kapoor expressed he has had this dream for a very long time, “Laxmmi Bomb is in production and we shall begin our second schedule in August. It is my first production and I become tongue-tied when I speak about it because it has been a dream for me to make this movie. Now that dream is coming true, I just hope that it gets made the way it should be and people love it”.
‘Laxmmi Bomb’ is an adaptation of the South Indian film ‘Kanchana’ and will also star Kiara Advani.
