Tiger Shroff, who’s quite excited to play India’s youngest superhero in Balaji Motion Pictures’ ‘A Flying Jatt’ helmed by Remo D’Souza, has left no stone unturned to make it appear interesting on the big screen.

Doing so, Shroff has already started intense training for this movie, what he calls the role of a lifetime. The young actor who’s known for his fitness and dancing skills has started working on his physical transformation and diet similar to Hollywood superstars who followed strict workout and diet plans too for their respective superhero roles. For instance, for ‘The Dark Knight Rises’ (2012), Christian Bale had to undergo vigorous weight training program and cardio sessions. Likely, Tiger is following this rigorous regime which is never done in any Bollywood superhero film so far.

Shroff nutritionist consultant Nitesh Sharma decodes this ‘Superhero diet’ regime for ‘A Flying Jatt’ which has been used previously by Hollywood stars whoever helmed superhero projects. He told IANS, “Tiger is on a rotating carbohydrate diet. He fasts for 12-16 hours on everyday basis. His calorie intake is 1600 per day as compared to 2000 for a common man. His water intake is also being monitored. After his dancing rehearsals, gymnastics, martial arts, weight training and cardio this diet is being incorporated.”

“Tiger’s superhero diet is quite harsh for his body mechanism and he also has to fight his cravings everyday which is not easy,” he added.

Shroff made his Bollywood debut alongside Kriti Sanon in ‘Heropanti’ (2014).
