Test Cricket cancelled due to bomb blast

ZEE TV’s coverage of the New Zealand tour of Pakistan
Test cricket was cancelled today after a bomb blast
outside their team hotel in Karachi last night. Eleven
people were killed when the bomb ripped through a bus
which had been parked on the street waiting for a late
passenger.

New Zealand Cricket chief executive Martin Snedden
confirmed all members of the team were safe and well but
that the decision had been made for the team to return
home. The second Test was due to begin today and end
this weekend. Normal programmes have now been
rescheduled for ZEE TV.
