Star Plus is wielding its axe of popular series ‘Suhani Si Ek Ladki’.
BizAsiaLive.com can confirm that the show will be going off-air in May. The show has been on-air for three years and has helped the channel open up the early evening primetime slot with big audiences tuning in at 18:30. In the UK, the show proved a game changer with record audiences tuning in at 18:30. However, rumours of the show going off-air started in January when it was moved to the 17:00 slot. The show has failed to pick up in ratings and thus the ending will now air next month.
The show is expected to air until mid-May.
