Star Plus to celebrate World TV Day with classics

Star Network will be celebrating World Television Day by reminiscing some good memories through its classic shows.

With the idea of reviving the best of the past, Star Plus brings viewers some of the most popular, cherished and memorable moments from epic shows such as ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’, ‘Kahani Ghar Ghar Kii’, ‘Kahin toh Hoga’, ‘Nach Baliye’, ‘Kasauti Zindagi Ki’, amongst others. Hiten Tejwani and Smriti Irani will take viewers through the day from one show to another.

Part one of the day, which commences at 09:30 consists of shows like ‘Kahiin To Hoga’, ‘Nach Baliye’, ‘Baa Bahu Aur Baby’ and ‘Kahaani Ghar Ghar Kii’. The second part of the day starts at 13:30 with the following programmes, ‘Kyunki Saas Bhi Kabhi Bahu Thi’, ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar’, ‘Kasautii Zindagii Kay’, ‘Bidaai’ and ‘Tere Mere Beach Mein’.

World Television Day takes place on Sunday 5th December. Other broadcasters in the UK are yet to confirm whether they will take part in the initiative.
