Star India set to launch Vijay Music in October

Star India will be launching its Tamil music channel, Vijay Music this October.

The channel branded Star Vijay Music, which was expected to launch earlier this year, was put back due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Star Vijay Music will bolster the network’s presence in the Tamil programming sector, which already boasts of Star Vijay.

Star Vijay Music will compete with other Tamil music channels including IsaiAruvi from Kalaignar TV Network, Sun Music from Sun TV Network, Mega Musiq – part of Mega TV Network, Jaya MAX – part of Jaya TV Network, Raj Musix – part of Raj Television Network.

Star Vijay Music will launch on Sunday 4th October across various platforms in India.
