Star Bharat to launch four new shows in August?

As revealed previously on BizAsiaLive.com, Star Bharat is on the verge of tweaking its channel philosophy with a new line-up of shows.

The channel will be adding four new light-hearted shows – retaining just three from its current schedule. With the exception of ‘Radhakrishn’, ‘Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi’ and ‘Savdhaan India’, Star Bharat will launch four new comedy flavoured shows.

It is reported that Star Bharat will launch ‘Akbar Birbal’, ‘Gupta & Sons’, ‘May I Come In Madam 2’ and ‘I Laugh You’ from 24th August, according to TellyChakkar.

The report adds that ‘Radhakrishn’ and ‘Jag Janani Maa Vaishno Devi’ will shift to 21:00 – 22:00, while ‘Akbar Birbal’ and ‘Gupta & Sons’ will take the 20:00 – 21:00 slot. ‘I Laugh You’ featuring Sunil Grover and Shilpa Shinde will air in a 60-minute slot at 22:00.

Star India is yet to confirm the changes.
