SRK on rejecting ‘Munnabhai MBBS’

When one thinks of the ‘Munnbhai’ franchise, there’s only really one name that springs to mind: Sanjay Dutt. However, it’s little known that Shah Rukh Khan was first offered the role by director Rajkumar Hirani. Khan has recently spoken about it.

“I think every film is written in an actor’s destiny. I don’t think I would have done it as well as Sanjay Dutt has. I think he was fantastic in the film,” said Khan, according to Deccan Chronicle.

Khan was recently seen in ‘Raees’ and will be seen on screen next in his cameo in ‘Tubelight’ as well as in Imtiaz Ali’s next opposite Anushka Sharma.
