Sridevi & Boney Kapoor to collaborate for film

The beautiful Sridevi made her comeback in 2012 to much praise in Gauri Shinde directed film, ‘English Vinglish’. Since then, it’s as if her fans and audiences have been eagerly waiting to see what she will do next. BizAsia has learnt that it may well be that she teams up with her husband, producer Boney Kapoor, for a project.

“Sridevi doesn�۪t have any hard-and-fast rule about working constantly. She will make the effort only if she likes something. Boney was looking for an appropriate subject for his wife, and he has come across one that she likes as well. Work on the script has begun, but neither of them wants to talk till everything is finalised. It�۪s going to be a very different and challenging project for everyone involved”, revealed an insider to Hindustan Times.

The film is apparently set to go on the floors next year when Kapoor, who is currently busy with ‘Tevar’ which stars his son Arjun Kapoor, has a little less on his plate. He, however, confirmed the news, “We will announce each and every detail once things are confirmed”.
