‘Sooryavanshi’ leading lady to be announced this week

Rohit Shetty’s upcoming film with Akshay Kumar, ‘Sooyavanshi’, has remained in the news lately. There has been news that Katrina Kaif could be seen as the female lead. However, Shetty has said that the heroine will be announced soon.
“We will begin shooting for the film in the month of May. It’s a long one year’s journey before releasing the film”, said Shetty, as reported by E Times.
“The female lead of the film was not finalised. We will announce the female lead in next 2-3 days,” he concluded.
The film is due for release on Eid 2020.
