Sony SAB TV to axe ‘Gutur Gu’ this month

Sony SAB TV is axing its silent comedy ‘Gutur Gu’ at the end of this month, BizAsia can confirm.

After two years on the channel, ‘Gutur Gu’ will breathe its last on Saturday 30th June.

Producer B P Singh confirmed to Tellychakkar.com, “Yes, the show will bid adieu. It was a wonderful experience to make a silent comedy. It was something very challenging for us. I think certain things started getting repetitive. So audience started losing interest. But overall we have had a great time and the show ran for two years, which according to me is a good enough achievement.”
