Sonakshi Sinha: “There is more in life apart from money”
Deepika Padukone�۪s quest for global domination gathered momentum recently as she featured tenth on the Forbes’ World’s Richest Actresses list. While her and her fellow actress Priyanka Chopra continue to make Bollywood visible globally, some eyes turn actress Sonakshi Sinha as she remains content, warm and cosy in her own shell.
Sinha recently sat down with DNA��India in Delhi and was asked whether she had any plans to launch a quest for global domination, like Padukone, to which Sinha honestly replied, “I am very content and very happy with the work I am doing and if someday I do grab a spot in Forbes’ list as a result of work I am doing, then well and good but I feel there’s a lot more to life at least for me. There is a lot more in life apart from money.”
She�۪s not the first actress in the industry who has refused to cross into the realm of Hollywood. Kareena Kapoor Khan also admitted she has no intention in making the jump to Hollywood after being compared to Chopra.
Back in India, Sinha is currently promoting her new film, ��Akira�۪ (2016), directed by AR Murugadoss. The film will see Sinha jumping (perhaps literally) into some amazing action stunts for the first time in her career.
