Sonakshi Sinha: “Audience has become wiser”

Sonakshi Sinha, who has mostly been known for her presence in masala flicks, recently seems to have turned a new leaf in her career by signing performance-oriented films. On being asked if she thinks it’s a gold��time to be an actress, Sinha stated that she believes the audience are becoming wiser.

The actress told Deccan Chronicle, “I�۪m really glad that this is the best time for a girl to be in the industry, because so many great roles are being written. The audiences are opening up to see good and different content. I feel that if you give them anything run-of-the-mill, the audience will reject it. In today�۪s time, the audience has also become wiser; just anything won�۪t work now. One has to be good!”

Last seen in ‘Akira’ (2016), Sinha’s upcoming prejects��include the action film ‘Force 2’ and ‘Noor’ where she plays a journalist.
