Sidhu Moose Wala’s funeral underway in Punjab

The funeral of late singer and rapper, Sidhu Moose Wala is underway in Punjab.

Sidhu, 28, was shot dead in Mansa on Sunday, less than 24 hours after his security was reduced. It is worth adding that Sidhu was involved in politics, representing the Congress party.

Whilst the Lawrence Bishnoi gang has claimed responsibility for his murder, other questions have emerged about Punjab CM Bhagwant Mann’s decision to scale down on security. He has now announced a judicial probe into the incident.

Earlier today, Sidhu’s body was taken home from the Mansa Civil Hospital for the last rites. It is said that Sidhu’s mortal remains were taken on his favourite tractor ‘HMT 5911’.
