Sidharth-Sonakshi’s ‘Ittefaq’ to feature songs

A remake of the Yash Chopra film ‘Ittefaq’ (1969) has gone on the floors starring Sidharth Malhotra and Sonakshi Sinha. While the original film didn’t have a soundtrack, this Karan Johar co-production will indeed feature songs, BizAsiaLive.com has learnt.

The alterations of the new version won’t stop there. The remake will also have Sinha’s character not playing a killer whereas Nanda was one in the original, according to Deccan Chronicle.

There have been talks that Akshaye Khanna could be seen as a villain in the film but this hasn’t been confirmed yet.
