Its quite a hot trending topic (read fad) in tinsel town at the moment. A film may be the pits but once it makes a Rs 100 crore (11,000,000 approx), a star is truly said to have arrived. Currently Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, Hrithik Roshan, Salman Khan and more recently Ajay Devgn and Akshay Kumar are said to be part of this prestigious ilk. Now Shahid wants to be a part of the gang too.

“Everyone wants his films to make 100 crores at the Box Ofice. I wish my films too make 100 crores one day, but that’s not the only reason for me to take up a project. I strongly believe in the script. Moreover, those actors who are making 100 crores at the box office are highly established and have been there for around 20 years. I hope lot of my films make it to the 100-crore mark,” said Kapoor, in an interview to The Times of India.

Kapoor۪s latest fim Teri Meri Kahaani۪ released this weekend and sees him play three different characters across three eras. The film is directed by Kunal Kohli and also stars Priyanka Chopra.
