Shah Rukh Khan & Ranveer Singh to share screen space soon

Ever since Ranveer Singh’s dubsmash on Shah Rukh Khan’s song ‘Jabra Fan’, from the latter’s upcoming release ‘Fan’ went viral, there has been an excitement buzzing amongst the audience to witness the two superstars share screen space together in their own movie.

Fans of��both��actors may find their prayers are answered soon.

News which has traveled in the grapevine now alleges that director Sanjay Leela Bhansali has approached both Shah Rukh Khan and Singh for a film. The director has previously worked with both actors, giving the box office blockbusters such as��’Devdas'(2002) with Khan and ‘Goliyon Ki Rasleela, Ramleela'(2013), and ‘Bajirao Mastani'(2015) with Singh, respectively. Incidentally, few reports also hint that director Rohit Shetty is also trying to sign the two actors for his next.

When probed by��Pinkvilla, Shah Rukh Khan clarified, “We have someone offer us a film together and just to put rumours to rest, not it is not Sanjay Leela Bhansali, if that is what you talking about.”

Did you know Shah Rukh Khan and Ranveer Singh have previously worked in a commercial together? “I have worked with him, and maybe one of his first jobs was with me in an Airtel ad. That was really sweet. Shaad ��[Ali] had directed it and we saw it together the other day”, Khan recalled fondly.

When quizzed about his thoughts on working with Singh, Shah Rukh Khan responded, “Yes if there is a film, as we speak I am already booked for, I mean Ranveer [Singh] will really have to jump into Imtiaz��[Ali]’s film or I will have to jump into Adi [Chopra]’s film. But Inshallah, he is very sweet and I hope to get an opportunity to work with him.”

Shah Rukh wouldn’t be the first to be rooting for this collaboration!
