Shah Rukh Khan brands ‘Dunki’ his “best film”
At a promotional event in Dubai for his upcoming film ‘Dunki’, Shah Rukh Khan branded it his “best film”.
The project helmed by Rajkumar Hirani, hits cinemas this week, ahead of the Christmas break. At the event Khan said, “Rajkumar Hirani, my best film, please please watch 21st of December.”
The actor was cited in Bollywood Hungama said, “Raju Hirani saab ne bhi kabhi aesi film nahi banai. When we finished the film and saw it for the first time, humko aisa laga Raju Hirani saab ne love story bana di hai which spans ages. And it’s a very touching film. I think yeh pyaar ki kahani hai, ismein action hai joh Raju Hirani ne kabhi dala nahi hai. Both saare sequences aese hai joh I think maine nahi kiye huye hai. All that is there but as Raju never shows his films in the trailers and teasers. He likes people to come to the theatre and enjoy it. So, you will find lots of love and comedy. Bahut funny hai film toh inshaallah aap logon ko bahut pasand aayege.”
