Sarita Sabharwal leaves Lyca Radio?

Media veteran, Sarita Sabharwal has reportedly left Lyca Radio, where she worked since it launched in 2014.

Sabharwal, who has been working in the media industry for over 30 years, was also regularly involved in television work. As well as fronting various shows on Lyca Radio and Dilse Radio over the years, Sabharwal was also given extra responsibility of overlooking programming, before being shifted to handling commercial production work on the brand.

Sabharwal’s unusual disappearance started with an illness prior to the UK coronavirus lockdown, which has then resulted in murmur amongst the industry about her extended leave. BizAsiaLive.com understands that Lyca Radio is sticking to the line of her being “off sick” without any further clarity.

Lyca Radio was awaiting a response from its HR team at the time of filing this article, while Sabharwal was not available for comment.
