‘Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai 2’ to launch in mid-May

Fans of comedy ‘Sarabhai v/s Sarabhai’ can rejoice after it was confirmed that the series was returning for a second season run in mid-May.

The show will retain most of its original cast including Ratna Pathak Shah, Satish Shah, Sumeet Raghavan, Rupali Ganguly, Rajesh Kumar, Deven Bhojani and Arvind Vaidya.

‘Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai’ revolved around a daughter-in-law from a middle-class background struggling to fit into Mumbai’s upper-class Sarabhai family. It will be interesting to see how the show is responded to after a 11-year gap.

It will return on Star TV’s OTT platform, Hotstar from 16th May.
