Sanjay Dutt – Madhuri Dixit to reunite on screen?

Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri Dixit-Nene shared a great bond when their respective careers were at their peak in the 90s. The two, who reportedly had an affair, haven’t yet spoken about their relationship but it seems they might end up sharing the screen once more in a forthcoming film.

The film in question is said to be directed by Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s sister Shelly. A source is quoted by Mid-Day, “Madhuri is close to Vidhu Vinod, who directed her in the 1989 hit film, Parinda. So, she might just give her nod to the film. Moreover, Vidhu Vinod is known to bring controversial figures together on reel”.

The film will see Dutt as the father of a grown up daughter and it was reported that Athiya Shetty might land the daughter’s role.
