Saif Ali Khan’s ‘Bhoot Police’ to begin shooting in August

Saif Ali Khan is hitting strides in the new, more experimental direction he has taken in his career. His latest unconventional project is the horror comedy ‘Bhoot Police’ (previously titled ‘Tantrik’), co-starring Fatima Sana Shaikh.

“Fatima has moved from Aamir Khan to Saif Ali Khan. Fatima, who is working with Anurag Basu opposite Rajkummar Rao for his multi-starrer, will wrap promotional work on that film and join Saif for filming ‘Tantrik’.  Fatima has finished shooting her portions for the Basu film. Pawan Kripalani, who has made a horror film ‘Ragini MMS’ (2011) and then followed up with a psychological thriller ‘Phobia’ (2016), has now planned this film which is being billed as a horror comedy.”, a source told Sanskriti Media. ‘Bhoot Police’ will go on floors in August.

Khan has completed shooting for ‘Hunter’, ‘Taanaji’ and season 2 of ‘Sacred Games’. As a producer, he is currently busy adding final touches to the script of ‘Jawaani Jaaneman’.
