Sahara One to axe ‘Mata Ki Chowki’ in October

Sahara One’s long running religious drama ‘Mata Ki Chowki’ is ending in October.

After three years on-screen, ‘Mata Ki Chowki’ will end in the first week of October in India to coincide with the Hindu religious occasion of Dussehra. The show wraps up on Monday 21st October in the UK.

‘Mata Ki Chowki’ has seen its ratings dwindle in the past few months and hence the channel has opted to drop the show-from its primetime schedule.

It is not yet known what will replace the once popular show.
